Enter athletes
Track roster entry without the spreadsheet scramble.
Live registration is on for indoor and outdoor track. Who opens Register depends on whether the club has Team Pro (several managers) or a single meet-entry admin. Guests and club paths are spelled out in how to register. Want a dry run first? Use the roster sandbox on List your meet.
Who can enter for a NIRCA club
Team Pro
Multiple people. The club owner and every officer can enter and scratch athletes. Share the work; there is no exclusive one-seat admin while Team Pro is active.
No Team Pro
One meet-entry admin. Usually the first Personal Pro claimer. That person can transfer the role on the team page by email (NRCD confirms the account exists before changing the seat; the recipient does not need to claim first). Details are in Claim your club.
Guest paths (if the host enables them)
- Temporary teams: any signed-in user can name a meet-local club and enter under it.
- Unattached: any signed-in user can enter as Unattached.
Two ways to work
- By event: pick an event, add athletes, save one row or use Save all.
- By person: pick an athlete, add their individual events the same way.
Relays and seeds
- Relays live under By event. Four starters plus optional alternates. Mixed relays need exactly two men and two women as starters.
- Seeds can be blank, typed in, best for the season year (e.g. 2025-2026) or all-time (outdoor meets also use indoor marks; only 1500 / 1600 / Mile convert to each other), or for relays a team best, Automark team mark, or sum of starters.
- Provisional athletes are people not in NRCD yet. They show with a star. Add a grade if that event limits entries by class year.
Public entries and host CSV
When registration is on, anyone can open the meet’s Entries page.
Hosts can also download a full entries CSV from the meet page or the Entries page (Download entries CSV). Hand that file to your timing crew, clerks, or whoever needs the declared roster on meet day. It includes event order, gender, team names, athlete names (and relay alternates), status, seeds, and assigned bibs when you use NRCD Live.
You must be signed in as the host club (or a site admin) to download the CSV. Subscribers can also open predictions in Hypothetical Meet or download a predictions PDF when available. Outdoor meets can feed forecast weather into Hypothetical Meet scoring.
NRCD Live.
Enable a live results page, map FinishLynx event numbers, auto-assign bibs, upload
