Host Kit

List your meet

Publish your invite where clubs already look for races.

Put your home invite on the public calendar in a few minutes. Listing does not require opening online registration.

Steps

  1. Open Upcoming Meets.
  2. Click List an upcoming meet (shown when you can host).
  3. Add the basics: name, start date, optional end date for multi-day meets, sport (required), city and state, optional registration deadline, packet and live-results links, contact email, fee, and short blurbs.
  4. Leave Enable roster registration off if you only want a calendar listing for now. Turn it on later for Indoor/Outdoor Track when clubs should enter online.
  5. Publish. The meet shows on the public calendar and the homepage strip.

After you publish

Edit anytime. Clone last year’s listing for next season. For track with registration on, use the Schedule page for event order, add or delete Men/Women events, start times, per-event grade limits, mixed relays, and day of the meet when you set an end date.

Multi-day tip. Set both start and end dates on the meet form. The schedule page then lets you pick Day 1, Day 2, and so on with each event time.

Practice first: roster sandbox

Before you list a real home invite, try the shared NRCD Meet Sandbox. It uses the same Event order, Register, Entries, and Live screens as a real track meet, but it never appears on the Upcoming meets calendar.

  1. Sign in with Google, then open /upcoming-meets/0.
  2. Event order: reorder events, add or delete Men/Women events, set times and grade limits, or add a mixed relay. Entry counts show next to each event.
  3. Register: if you have claimed your club, enter athletes from that roster (sandbox skips the usual Team Pro / meet-entry admin gate so every club can practice). Temporary team / unattached are also on for practice, but only if you have not claimed a club.
  4. Entries: confirm the public list looks right.
  5. Live: practice ingest on /upcoming-meets/0/live (Practice Desk and a fixed practice token). Details are in the Timer Kit.

Shared space. Everyone uses the same sandbox meet. Clear all sandbox entries (or Live data) from the meet page before a clean dry run so leftover practice rows do not confuse the next person. When you are ready for the real invite, go back to the steps above and list it on Upcoming meets.
